Once you’re on the product page: Select your preferred delivery method (home delivery or collection), Specify your desired hire period: select the start date and time, and the end date and time. If you are unable to select your preferred date or time, this means the item is already booked for that period (the date will appear in grey on the calendar). If you wish, select any extras and accessories (e.g. Risk Cover or cleaning tablets for the textile cleaner). Click "Continue with order". If you wish to hire several items at once, return to the page for the desired item and repeat the process described above. Authenticate yourself using Smart ID or your ID card. Fill in the fields with the correct details. If you would like an invoice issued to a company, please also include the company name. Please note! You may be asked to present proof of identity when collecting the item. Select a suitable payment method (bank transfer, card payment or Apple Pay/Google Pay). Click "Submit order". Rented products can be collected in person from our self-service collection points (in Kristiine at Madara 14, in Lasnamäe at the Mustakivi Shopping Centre car park, and in Haabersti at the Rocca al Mare Centre car park). If you chose collection in person as your delivery method, you will receive a door code after placing your order, which you can use to collect the rented item from our collection point yourself. Home delivery (includes both delivery and collection) is available in Tallinn and its surrounding areas (including Viimsi, Laagri, Tabasalu, Peetri). If you wish to rent several different items, add home delivery to only one of the products so that the home delivery fee is not applied twice. The rented items will be delivered to you by the start time of the rental period (if you chose Home delivery as the delivery method) and collected from you at the end of the rental period.

We do our very best to ensure that you receive your hired items by the start of your chosen hire period: if you are collecting the item yourself, you can collect it using a code; if you’ve opted for home delivery, the courier will deliver the hired item directly to your home. If there is less than 1 hour until the start of the hire period when you place your order, there may be delays in certain circumstances. Should collection or delivery be delayed for any reason, we will contact you.

Self-service pick-up points are located in Kristiine at Madara 14 (entrance from Tulika põik), in Lasnamäe at Mahtra 27 (Mustakivi Shopping Centre car park), in Haabersti at Paldiski mnt 102 (Rocca al Mare Centre car park). NB! There is no physical customer service on site; products are dispensed automatically (after placing an order, you will receive a code via SMS). The exact address and pick-up instructions will be sent via SMS after completing your order.

Renmo is open every day from 8 am to 9 pm. Yes, you can also hire from us at weekends and on public holidays! Please note: We do not have a physical shop with in-person customer service. Equipment is collected and returned via a self-service collection point or by courier.

If we receive a request to change or cancel your booking less than 12 hours before the start of the hire period, we reserve the right to refuse a full refund – but don’t worry, we’ll still find a solution! Go to the "My Account" page and click on "Bookings" in the menu. Find the booking you wish to extend and click the "Extend" button. On the page that opens, select a new return date and pay for the additional hire period. Please note! Extending a rental may not always be possible if someone else has already made a new booking for the item.

It's very easy! You can add your company name to the order just before payment.

Yes, all products must be returned clean and in the same condition as received. The exception is the ice-cream maker, which we are responsible for cleaning.

If a hired item is damaged or goes missing, please let us know straight away so that we can find a solution – there’s often a quick fix, and we can provide a replacement so that your work or party isn’t left unfinished!
